Roles and Responsibilities

As a YouTube Specialist at Google, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping clients understand and maximize the value of YouTube advertising and Display & Video 360.
  • Partnering with sales teams to advise clients on optimal campaign strategies and media execution.
  • Conducting performance analyses, optimizing campaigns, and offering insights based on data.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex advertising problems.
  • Leading measurement and attribution conversations with clients.
  • Educating clients about YouTube ad formats, KPIs, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Helping advertisers adopt the latest video marketing strategies in alignment with Google’s tools and features.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or media buying/selling, preferably with a focus on video or YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, preferably Google Ads or YouTube Ads.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with internet technologies and digital ad platforms.
  • Experience working in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data interpretation, metrics, and storytelling through analytics.
  • Strong grasp of brand marketing and direct response advertising.
