Eligibility Criteria

1. Constable General Duty (GD)

• Qualification: 10th pass from recognized board.
• Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025):
  • Male: 18 to 23 Years
  • Female: 18 to 28 Years
• Age Relaxation: As per Rajasthan Govt. rules.

2. Constable Driver

• Qualification: 10th pass.
• Driving License: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) or Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license.
• Age Limit: Same as Constable GD.
• Note: Must have valid Driving License at the time of Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

3. Constable Band

• Qualification: 10th pass.
• Special Skills: Knowledge of playing musical instruments (Band related).
• Age Limit: Same as Constable GD.

4. Constable Telecommunication

• Qualification:
  • 10+2 (Senior Secondary) with Physics and Mathematics or Computer Science as subjects.
• Age Limit:
  • Male: 18 to 23 Years
  • Female: 18 to 28 Years

Selection Process (All Posts)

1. Written Exam (OMR based)
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
3. Physical Standard Test (PST)
4. Skill/Proficiency Test (for Driver and Band posts only)
5. Document Verification
6. Medical Examination

Exam Pattern (Written Test)

• Each question = 1 mark
• Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
• Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes)

Physical Standards

Male Candidates (General Area)

• Height: 168 cm
• Chest: 81 cm (without expansion) / 86 cm (with expansion)

Female Candidates (General Area)

• Height: 152 cm

(TSP Area and Saharia candidates have slight relaxations — refer PDF.)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

For Male

• 5 KM Running in 25 Minutes

For Female

• 5 KM Running in 35 Minutes

(Driver and Band posts have different running distance and time.)
